The Charles Dickens is one of our two privately owned public houses in Broadstairs and commands excellent views of the English Channel from upstairs in the old assembly rooms, once frequented by Charles Dickens himself.  We offer a wide range of cask ales and continental lagers and our menu choice is second to none offering variety, quality and excellent value.

We are open from 11am every day and our bar menu is served from 12 - 9pm. Our panoramic restaurant commands spectacular views over Viking Bay and is available for private hire whatever the occassion.
